I have massive issues with them. Willing to taking them to court. Long story short. They visited my house without notice, Yhe guy called wrong number. He looked into the furnace with a flashlight for about 2 minutes. Nothing to fix. That's it. And then gone. The front desk lady called my husband on the same day at 4pm. He explained it and she said it was a free service so I knew I didn't have to charge of this event. However, I have got a letter of invoice today. Roberts Plumbing was hired to replace Hot Water Tank and Furnace. First the Furnace was installed, and then later the hot water tank. Their employees did not complete the job fully during 2020. So I respectfully contacted the owner - who responded with words like I am swamped and will call you back. He did not do so, neither did his employee (Cindy) who was also abrupt and rude. Horrible customer service. Have attempted to fix furnace 4 times and it never stays fixed. Doesn't return calls. Says will show up to fix and then don't and never call to reschedule. Could not be less impressed with the service levels.

Twice I've had them work on my furnace and both times they have been swift in fixing my problems. Quick and affordable, I would recommend them any day of the week.

Extremely rude lady answering the phone when you call. Called 6 times and left six messages. No calls. Imagine if I played them any money. AVOID AVOID AVOID
