Requested in home consultation for Central Air rental. After being referred by Enercare for guaranteed call back. I never got that call as promised ( 2 weeks later ). I made several calls and follow ups on in house consultation by Roberts and no response. So, made a simple call to Reliance. I had Central Air installed within following week of my request.
I initially contacted Robert’s Plumbing to repair two leaking faucets at one of my rental properties. The issue was straightforward—both faucets needed new cartridges. I spoke directly with the plumber, who claimed he couldn’t replace the Glacier Bay cartridges because they were difficult to source. (They’re readily available at Home Depot.) He then recommended upgrading the faucets to Delta, which I agreed to based on his suggestion. However, he removed both of my original faucets and installed new ones—not Delta as promise... read more
