I have not personally used your company’s services; however, I wanted to share a concerning experience I had today. One of your drivers was extremely aggressive toward me in traffic while I was exiting Sam’s Club, despite the fact that traffic was at a standstill and I had nowhere to go. If I were ever in need of plumbing services, this type of behavior and lack of professionalism would strongly deter me from choosing your company. They are probably the best and definitely the cheapest. But that's the problem, because they only have one truck and 2 people. They are overwhelmed with jobs, and they just can't keep up, and their method of prioritizing is not even close to logical. This used to be my preferred plumber, but because they are not able to probably schedule jobs, they are going to force a lot of their customers to have to go elsewhere. I have contacted this company, based on the reviews and recommendations, 3 times in a 3 month period and they still have not scheduled a time to pump my tank. Last time I called they promised they would call me back NLT the next day with an appointment. Thank goodness it wasn’t an emergency!!!!
