As a local business owner , I understand what Excellent customer service is, and I am also familiar with Less than acceptable customer service is. With COVID, schedules , staffing concerns, etc, I understand that there has to be some reasonable flexibility with expectations, delivery times, and at times communication. I ordered custom furniture for a brand new car dealership from this company.
