Reached out based on the good reviews on here and Facebook. I filled out the online form on their website regarding the review of a severance package late the night of July 9. I got a response first thing the morning of July 10 asking for details of the package, i thought great, they're fast! I sent the details the same day with no response up to today, not even to say we've received your email, give us this many days to review and get back. Not professional in my opinion. The 2 stars is just because of the quick response.
