Would not recommend them for buying or working on your car. Service dept acted like they worked on our car, fixing it, but clearly new cars you can check the app to see. Well after calling(the car wasn’t done) and the car had not moving since 3hours before the call but some how the next day when the car still hasn’t moved it was fixed. On top of not having a car to loan out especially when it was purchased though them when having the car for at least 5 days is definitely bad business.
I don't live in Alton, but I was passing through when my truck broke down. I arrived at closing time, but Justin Bland stayed late to cheerfully check my truck in for service. He also called me with frequent updates on progress. I didn't meet my tech, Travis Reynolds, but he correctly diagnosed and repaired my truck. I would also like to mention Cara, the pleasant young lady who works the front desk. This is a great service department with good and helpful people.
