I have been very patient with this company, but enough is enough!! Had to go back four times due to them installing a defective product. 40 minutes there and back the first three times and having to leave my car there for the most of the day!!!! First couple of times, they tried a fix. The third time, they apologized and upgraded the one way starter that I bought to a two-way and installed a new unit. Of course that one stopped working too. I was miss inform My appointment was at 800am I arive at 8:05 .My appointment was not in the book plus it was the wrong day but they took me anyway. around 9:45 they told me I need a new battery additional 200.00 so I set another hour decided to ask how much longer I think I said well it been a long time.She said let me check came back said another hour and a half I said it normally take this long she said yes I said I wish you would had inform me of that in the beginning.
I’d like to say thanks to the crew at Roberts for an awesome job on our 2017 A8L!! While this is our family car, my wife wanted better sound, and we still needed to maintain the use of the trunk space and spare tire. After a quick meeting we were scheduled,and in no time had everything we could have expected and more! The sound is amazing and the quality of the install speaks for itself. Thanks again guys, you are definitely pros!
