I have been seeing Dr.Mchael Roberts for a few years. I had an unexpected eye issue and was able to see him the same day.Thankfully I he did see me asap. I did have a problem. He examined my eye, did some tests. Found the problem and provided the steps an meds to correct my my issue. He has always been professional, with great attention to detail an your eye health. He is the best, professional, kind and caring. The staff at both Kanata Optical are caring. Helpful

If you are looking for an optometrist in the Ottawa area, look no further! Dr. Roberts and team are professional, caring, accommodating and have a high standard of care. My exam was thorough, efficient and relaxing. Also, I would like to give a shout out to Lynda and Jenn for fantastic service. The office has a welcoming and positive atmosphere. We are two elderly Chinese Canadian in our 80s who have been in your clinic for 20 years. We really appreciate your service during the 20 years. Every time We get your detailed inspection and explanation. We have eye macula, cataract and glaucoma, etc. and these all have been treated and maintained in a timely manner.
