We had a roof installed by them 4 years ago and have called them out a few times because of leaks. We had a leak and called them and found out that the roof access hatch hadn't been secured from the last visit. The technician replaced and secured the hatch which took him all of about 30 minutes. We then developed a new leak at the front of the building and called them to come out to see if they could find out where the leak was.
