I used to spend time with Heidi (owner's daughter) just hanging out in the kitchen. I love that house so much. Good memories :)
Stunningly beautiful, impecably restored victorian mansion that has all the comforts--billard room, dining room, sitting rooms and plenty of well appointed bathrooms with cast iron tubs. Yes, the fixtures are mostly original, so don't expect new jetted tubs! That's part of the charm :) The artwork and furnishings are all period appropriate yet fully functional. The Roberts Mansion is wonderful in so many ways. My sister and I stated there over the holidays and we greatly appreciated their attention to detail. The house was always warm and cozy to come home to. I am in love with all the old details of the house itself as well as the style they have contributed ! Highly recommended if you want a home away from home. !
Comfortable room in a historic neighborhood. A beautiful example of a restored masterpiece, and the host is awesome!
Great location and grounds too! One of the nation's premier walking neighborhoods with 5 restaurants within a block.
It was gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous. But the air conditioner does not touch the size of the room. The room was boiling hot. Also the tub drains even while plugged. And my husband and I woke up with bug bites. Incredibly lovely but not very functional stay.
