We have owned out house for 5 years now and 4 winter seasons. I hired Roberts from word of mouth at the last minute and he was so accommodating. He listened to our needs and wants and followed through with them all. His team is meticulous and extraordinary. In the past we had to replace lawn areas, shrubs and just holes in the road. Poor communication and mediocre quality. Overcharged for cleanup. Over the summer, damaged several pieces of siding on front and rear of house, never bothering to mention any of it. The last day I had them here, they somehow managed to dent our mailbox (more likely from walking into it wearing a backpack blower - can't figure any other way unless done on purpose.) Had to buy a new box as rain was now ruining our mail.
