I lived at Roberts Lane for 7 Years. Kathy Skillern is the Property Manager. She is very kind, caring property manager i have ever met(I came to USA during 1999). She is always listen to the community, very supportive and implements Community rules unbiasedly Recently I moved to my own home. I handed over my apartment moderately cleaned, but she did her best to get 70% security deposit. did not find place for kids to play instead kids plan in the parking area which is dangerous, townhouses are good but little expensive
