Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I got there early and they took me in 15 minutes before the time of my appointment. I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes. Kate was wonderful and Dr. Robert was very knowledgeable. I was very worried about my condition but was put at ease quickly and the treatment has already started working in less than 1 day.
My appointment started earlier than scheduled (!) and proceeded very smoothly and efficiently. Dr. Roberts and his technician were extremely thorough, professional and pleasant. As a new patient to the Eye Institute, I had an outstanding experience.
I was in the consult and the experience could not have been better. The front desk staff were so welcoming and professional. Dr. Robert was magnificent. Very professional, knowledgeable and competent.
It was a great experience. Everyone was knowledgeable and treated me with respect. The facility was clean and health protocols were followed. Dr. Roberts and his staff were very informative and addressed all of my needs.

I was recently reassigned to Dr. Roberts. He has been a great addition to the team. I love his relaxed and congenial attitude while being completely professional. I explicitly trust his judgement and recommendations. He also is a great listener.
It was Great. The facility was set up for those who are disable and the people were very cordial and great to work with
Just the worst office ever. They do a prescription exam when you come in for an eye issue. Was not needed, we have a Dr. for that. They get to upcharge you for that. Slimy! Then they do not offer any solution to your problem, $100 bucks wasted. They try to pass you off on another Dr. When you ask for a solution, they say you need to come back in a week later to "re-evaluate". Never again and we will tell everyone over every means possible about this.
