Moving to Florida and needing many types of insurance, I looked for an insurance person that would handle all of it. Danny fit that bill. It is important to me to find someone that is motivated to ask questions and supply knowledge on my insurance needs. I needed to find an agent that would be there when questions arise and one that could supply the variety of insurance products I need. Again Danny and the Roberts Insurance Agency fit that bill.
We have now had very good experiences with the team at Robert's Insurance. I receive quick responses to questions and very fair quotes from several companies. Blake has walked us through these quotes, the reasoning why he selected them, and the terminology to ensure we are educated on the product and coverage provided.
Roberts Insurance Group has been there for me when I've needed them most. All agents and staff are friendly, informed and go the extra mile when need be. I do want to give a special call out to Corrine. She has helped me during my time of confusion and grief ~ when my mother passed, and I had to handle all insurance (home and car) and didn't know what to do or how to do it. A TRUE blessing having Roberts Insurance Group on my side !
