I took our van in for the 100K service and was completely prepared to do all the things listed in the service schedule and the big bill that would come with that. Billy called me and actually talked me out of some of the items, based on his experience with these engines. Would the dealership do that? Heck no, they'd change everything in the book and try to up sell you to more.
Highly recommend! I've been a customer for 10 years and stuck with them even when they moved to Oldham County. This is the only place I trust to work on my vehicles! They're honest with me, explain stuff I don't understand, and have never taken advantage of the fact that I'm a single female taking my vehicle in (which let's face it, is rare when it comes to mechanics). I even take my new vehicles to them for a once over to make sure the dealership didn't screw me. Customer for life!
Billy knows imports period. Wizard with Japanese cars. I'm a pretty knowledgeable guy but when it comes to things that are over my head, he is the one I call. Never wasted labor figuring out stuff because he has seen it all. This is why folks drive from the other side of town to use him.
