No locations near me. Had to call around several times just to speak to “someone “ regarding order.
Horrible customer service (NBC F/U). The company does not call to advise when scheduled delivery is planned from order being placed on 7/14/23. When the customer asked for time window for delivery a window is provided only to learn in 3 scheduled deliveries over 30 days that the Gerichair wasn’t received or loaded on the truck. Truck driver Randolph finally called customer twice on 8/11/23 4:00 pm and is to have customer service supervisor out reach?
