sent a wheelchair to me - after 1.5 years wheel broke - I can't fix it, they won't fix it, I guess they don't mind 1 star reviews.
Dreadful, at best. Promised to deliver a medical bed (already paid for) on four separate occasions and never followed through. Now I am following up on a bill for a medical service we don’t even receive. Find someone else at all costs. They are terrible.
This is the worst medical care company ever. Please do not use them in your time of need. They came out and measured me for my wheel chair while I was still in the hospital. The still brought the wrong size chair with the wrong attachments twice. Then recently in less than 30days they charges me four times for the same device. I called in to try and resolve the issue last Wednesday(04/19). I have been requesting my REFUND SINCE JANUARY,MADE MORE THAN 15 CALLS NO ONE GIVES ME AN ANSWER I HAVE WROTE THEM A LETTER NO ANSWER NOT A GOOD WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER. WHEN ASK TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR THEY HANG THE PHONE ITS FRUSTRATING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ,IF YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT WAY YOU ARE going g to loose them.i will like to have my refund
