First let me say that the tech/receptionist who originally set my appointment & helped explain the CPAP process as well as help me fit my mask was AMAZING. She was great. However, Robert’s goes through Adapt Health for their supplier. I can’t get no one on phone and yall keep taking funds from my account
Poor service and billing that show up several months after items sent. Billing was sent to insurance in partial billed items. Kerp calling and sending text and emails wanting me to reorder. I would not recommend to anyone.
I was referred to Roberts Home Medical by the corporate office of Amigo Mobility International, Inc., for repair of my Amigo RD scooter. Their response was "If we don't sell, we don't service." Unfortunately, I purchased my scooter from an Amigo sales rep who came to my retirement community. This company has missed an opportunity for many future sales as my retirement community neighbors often ask for referrals. Roberts Home Medical will not get a referral from me.
They never call back. Nobody ever answers the phone. Stopped by today and nobody was in the "office". Looked like a big warehouse which was empty. Called Medicare hotline and reported them.
