I wish I could give them a ZERO rating, My 87 year old, dialysis patient mother has been waiting for a wheelchair since the first week of October 2020. She had an appointment today with her primary care physician, the one who did the prescription for the wheelchair. He inquired, and was shocked she hadn't received it yet.
