Home care medical is a joke!! We received a Biliblanket from them for our newborn daughter. Our doctor told us they would show us how to use it. When they showed up they did no such thing. Now we’re trying to return the blanket and we can’t even get ahold of anyone in the office!!! We’ve been trying for two days. Avoid them at all costs if you can.
Close your doors! A real shame you are! Ripping people off that are not capable of complaining!

Being abandoned by MedTix, owner Dr. Zahid Aslam (44) Elkton. Md, for indictment for bank fraud, I had no more help with oxygen supplies, My Dr. Batra & Caren Chaznov were helpful in getting me to 1st Choice. This company and manager Glen Rosenquist & driver Don have been absolutely wonderful. Thanks to Amy and Crystal for their help also. My Sincere Appreciation to everyone who helped me get my equipment (concentrator/homefill/tanks/canulas) !! THANK YOU ALL !

I have been waiting two weeks for a simple itemized bill. You would think a company want to get paid. Apparently not. I guess I'll just keep my money!
After waiting on hold for 50+ minutes, I'm a bit annoyed. Tried called the Newport News location and recording said closed for inclement weather???? Btw press # to leave a message is an invalid mailbox ����
