Very unpleasant to work with Recently had the unpleasant experience of dealing with the extremely unhelpful store manager, Rick. The way he spoke to me showed that he was not at all interested in any future business from me or my family.AVOID SHOPPING HERE IF POSSIBLE.
Great Couch We bought a sectional couch from Robert's 17 years ago. We searched every furniture store in Duluth and Superior until we found what we wanted at Roberts. I was 7 months pregnant and was ordered on bed rest. I layed on that couch for 6 weeks straight. The couch has endured the rath of 3 children and their numerous friends and cousins as our house is the "fun" house. Disappointing My mom bought a couch, cushions broke down and fibers coming out of fabric after only 3 months, they would not take the couch back or replace it for credit. Fixing the cushions with same manufacturer products will NOT fix the couch, wirery fibers coming out of not only cushion, but the back of couch too. Told her it was an Ashley, and it was some Rosehill brand. Very unprofessional, do not stand behind their merchandise.
