Roberts went above and beyond when my parents had two simultaneous emergencies. 11pm Sat night, the coldest night of the year so far, my 76 year old dad woke up and could not feel his leg at all. Called 911. Paramedics had carbon monoxide sensors which sounded alarms as soon as they walked into my parent's home. My dad went in the ambulance.
