Geothermal unit went out so I tried to contact Roberts HVAC who installed the unit. Tried to call for over an hour. I either got a busy signal or it transferred to the answering service. They said to keep trying. This is normal for them. I'll find another contractor.
AC system went out on the weekend. I called 3 businesses and Robert's was the first to contact me before 0800 on Monday morning. The Owner showed up and gave me an excellent price. New unit installed 2 days later. He even loaned me a portable AC unit. Highly recommend. Technicians -Taylor and Jared were excellent!! Thanks guys!
I tried to get a quote on a replacement of my heat pump unit and the salesman (David Jensen ?) refused to give me a quote. He was very blunt and gave me the impression that he could not be bothered to take the time to give me information. Since I live less than 2 miles from their business I was sincerely hoping to be able to have them take care of my HVAC needs.
