I am extremely happy with my new ac unit. They beat everyone's pice and installed quickly. Robert and Jake were very professional and would highly recommend to anyone looking for new ac unit.

I called this morning and spoke to a very nice woman named Justice. She was polite, patient, and professional on the phone which is something that I find important in a business. I'm in the process of looking for a good HVAC company for a future process. I like their website and photo gallery - Roberts HVAC is definitely on my 'consider' list after doing a bit of research

Came out to provide an estimate. Said I needed the AC fixed on my package system. Ordered parts for the $1700 repair. When the parts came in and the work was to begin, I learned that now I needed a new hvac package, $10,000. I was told the ac could still be repaired but the heat could be an issue if leaking. I asked about a sr discount and was offered $300 off. I felt the need for a new package should have been discussed at the first service call. I just want to thank Patrick for being spot on in time they promised. And his awesome work! Great personality. You can tell he truly cares about the problems we have had with our ac. I would refer anyone to Roberts heating and air. Great business. Fair prices. It's been so hot and without our air conditioner it would be horrible. Thanks Patrick !
