Great small town dealer
Immediately this company was great with communication even with my difficult schedule. They treated me like a human, unlike most dealerships, which prompted me to fly in from Texas to buy a vehicle from them. Jacob was my salesmen who came in on his day off to pick me up from the airport and made the ride feel like I'd known him my whole life. Our car buying experience was not the best. We thought since we were buying 2 vehicles we would get a better deal. It took over 6 hours to take care of everything. The finance person didn't look for the best interest rate either. He told us that the bank he picked pays him to send them business. I don't know why vehicle businesses make it so hard on people to buy vehicles
We had a great experince buying a used Rav4 from Matthews Ford of Pryor. Bronson was very responsive to my inquiry of the vehicle and transparent with the process. Adrian walked us through the all the finance paperwork clearly and concisely. Everyone was quite helpful and authentic during the whole process, needless to say we will be back in the future.
