The dealership is small but you would not know it. The service and staff are great and I will be returning.
Lectured me the whole time about how they were losing money. Basically told me that buying a house was the same concept of buying a car. Were really rude. Had cash in hand ready to get the truck. Went elsewhere. “Really competitively priced” but didn’t want to make a deal? Really just a grade A dealership. Thank you. Someone sold a vehicle and the other one didn’t. Hope you don’t lose too much money on a deal
Jacob was very helpful with finding my mom a new vehicle. He listened to what we were looking for and found us a cute little car in her price range. He even filled up the tank and washed it!
The Service crew at Matthews Ford Pryor are FIRST CLASS! After a recall service at another dealer left me feeling less than safe on the highway, I rerouted to the nearest dealership and was lucky that it was Matthew’s Ford. Lanna & Chris were my hero’s of the week. From quick diagnosis to rapid fix, they had me back on the road safely in less than an hour. I’m very grateful for their knowledge and great customer service!!
