I ordered flowers for a friend opening in a show at Oper North. On the day of opening night, upon attempting a delivery to the organization's main theater, it was discovered that this particular production was being performed in a different venue. Micahel, of Roberts Flowers, took the effort to contact me so that I could arrange for him to talk to the intended party and then extra effort was made to get the flowers to my friend in very timely fashion. Amazing customer service. We had flowers delivered to the local hospital for a family member and unfortunately some of the flowers started to wilt right away. One call and they came and replaced them, no questions asked. Highly recommend them just based on the service alone.
