I ordered flowers for a friend opening in a show at Oper North. On the day of opening night, upon attempting a delivery to the organization's main theater, it was discovered that this particular production was being performed in a different venue. Micahel, of Roberts Flowers, took the effort to contact me so that I could arrange for him to talk to the intended party and then extra effort was made to get the flowers to my friend in very timely fashion.
