Called for a quote on my car today at 845 am on July 15 2025 and basically wanted to see if I could get a quote for brakes, pads and rotors. I understand that mechanics and shops want to Inspect the car first but I just need a quote for the job at hand and if others issue arise then you let the customer know. The person who answered the phone basically made a started mimicking me for asking questions and made me feel stupid for asking questions and did not want to hear me out. Brought my van in for brake issues and initially left feeling pretty frustrated when the symptoms came back. But after following up, they took the time to re-inspect everything and worked with me to make it right. They standby their work. Will continue to recommend their shop when asked.

Relationships are where it's at in business, and Roberts knows how to take care of not only your vehicle, but the trust and loyalty that makes a business successful.
