Worst kind of professional I highly recommend that you do not ever use Roberts & company especially the owner Brian. He's friendly and nice and professional on the phone and when you send them documents he'll gladly take them but he won't do anything. If you're in arrears with the CRA or need to do anything under a time constraint this is the worst type of professional accounting firm and the worst type of professionalism I've ever experienced.
