Worst kind of professional I highly recommend that you do not ever use Roberts & company especially the owner Brian. He's friendly and nice and professional on the phone and when you send them documents he'll gladly take them but he won't do anything. If you're in arrears with the CRA or need to do anything under a time constraint this is the worst type of professional accounting firm and the worst type of professionalism I've ever experienced. Highly overpriced and I would at least agree if that would reflect the work ethics - but alas...I had to call several times for every step that Brian and his associates promised to do whether email me with some info or inform me on the process, or finalize the return. Paid twice of what other firms/accountants charge for same return for my colleagues. Very disappointed
