Worst Experience – Do Not Rent Here Living here was an absolute disaster for my family and me. The fire alarms went off constantly, often in the middle of the night, disrupting our sleep and forcing us outside no matter the weather. Standing in freezing temperatures at 3 AM waiting for the fire department became a regular part of life here. Safety was another huge issue. I love it here! I have only lived at RoCo for a few weeks and I absolutely love it. A beautiful new apartment right in the middle of downtown is hard to find and this place doesn't disappoint. Granite countertops, soft close drawers, large bedrooms, patios, and full-size washer and dryer in unit. The building is quiet and neighbors are very friendly! I would highly recommend RoCo.
