5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality Upon inspecting the car after repairs were done, I noticed there was a bent at the lower front side of the passenger door that was related to the covered incident and apparently was not identified by the shop and not included in the final estimate send to the insurance company. The shop acknowledged this and assured me they would submit a supplemental estimate to the insurance and will call me back when approved. That make take a couple of weeks.
