0 Star : My Experience I was not informed Roberts were going to put on a generic bumper, the bumper did not fit and I was told not to use my trunk. The sensors in the bumper were loose and falling out. It would be appreciated if when a customer comes in they tell the customer exactly what they are doing for the repair. What parts were going to be put on the xar. The staff were very nice and courteous.
