Roberts Carpets & Oriental Rug Company I installed new carpets in my home when I moved in. I shopped around for a few months before settling on a carpet. I really came away impressed with this store during my shopping experience. They have a wonderful staff and some great items. I ended up buying my carpet elsewhere but I would patronize this place in the future.

poor quality installation - bad customer service We had Roberts install carpets in our townhouse and we would never use them again. They broke the chandelier in the stairwell (never mentioned it to us) - they left large marks on the walls trying to get the carpet upstairs - and had NO follow up review. The carpet was good quality as we paid a lot for it. They told us someone would come by a few days after the install so they could review it and answer questions/concerns but that never happened.
