I recently had Austin and Cesar from Robert's Carpet Cleaners come to my home to clean my carpets, and I am really happy with the results! They arrived on time, acted very professionally, and were also friendly and easy to talk to. Tucked away in the back of an industrial park in El Segundo is a great carpet cleaning business! I recently brought in a very old oriental rug that needed a deep clean. Cesar hand-washed the entire rug, got out some very old pet stains, applied a protective treatment, and even fixed the fringe and edges. The service was fast—I dropped off the rug and it was ready in just a few days. The price matched the high-quality work, experience, and attention to detail. My antique rug looks amazing again!
I initially set up my appointment for carpet cleaning just two days in advance. However, I decided to move it to the very next day at 11 a.m., and they happily rescheduled for me without any hassle. Do not use this service. My couch is worse now than before cleaning. I have water stains on my couch and my entire would floors were soaking wet and the guy walked around in his shoes with no booties or any shoe protection. Both my rug and couch smell worse than before the cleaning . When I called to complain and have them redo it, the service line told me 4 times they would call back and the last two times they hung up on me and pretended they would transfer me to the manager.
