Cesar arrived right on time and was very professional. We needed help with our carpets after smoke and ash had built up in our home. The scheduling team understood how urgent our situation was and got us an appointment quickly. Cesar had also gone through similar challenges but still showed up ready to help. We are very grateful for his hard work! Our carpets have never looked or felt this clean and soft. Their carpet cleaning service really helped remove the smoke odor from our home in El Segundo.
I was able to get the carpets throughout my whole house cleaned just a day after making the appointment with Robert's Carpet Cleaners. Cesar and Austin were friendly, polite, and professional. They even helped move a heavy table out of the way for me. They did a great job improving an old, water-damaged spot that I thought couldn’t look any better. amazing service! i've called on cesar twice now for carpet cleaning and he will stay my go-to carpet cleaner. once before, another cleaner cancelled on us and our whole living room was packed into the kitchen. i told cesar what happened and he came out the next day. we recently needed another cleaning and got it scheduled in just 2 days. great company and the carpets look incredible. the use of conditioned water, a propane heater, and high-quality equipment really makes a difference. thanks again!
