Was told they fixed a certain thing for my car and ended up being wrong info and they charged me anyway for a diagnosis that i had already done. I only went there because I was told they fix ABS issues and they don't!

My nissan frontier requires 5 quarts of oil...not 7 quarts the technician claimed he added...and I was therefore charged for an extra two quarts. I won't be going back and will not recommend an oil change by them to anyone. When I got home and checked...sure enough it was high on the dipstick. ..and the oil is black that I drained out?! Should be CLEAR I thought... if I could post a picture you can clearly see.
