It's difficult to rate.a realty company, because your experience is based primarily on an individual basis with the realtor. We could have definitely had a more positive and/or productive outcome as far as that goes, but what I mostly want to warn clients about is this company's affiliation with American Home Shield. Don't be coerced by your realtor to go with AHS for homeowner's warranty coverage. Trust us...it's a disheartening experience and we should've known better! 😒
