Update:The experience I had with Robert over the phone was not so great. My son had his car towed there after being recommended by my daughter whom stated that her customer service experience with them was good and her results from the repairs she had done on her car twice was above expectations. So on the same day unknowingly of my son's multiple times (3 times) of calling the shop and speaking to Robert he was told that he will be notified in the next coming days of the estimate of the damages.
