Since discovering Roberts Auto after purchasing my Porsche Macan, I have been very pleased with their service, not to mention not having to drive to Atlanta dealing with that traffic. They are very professional and do very good work..I would recommend them highly. I wished they worked on Lexus because I would use them for service on that car as well..
James is the owner and operator and he knows his foreign cars. He is the best mechanic that I have ever used. He told me what was wrong with my BMW and he gave me my price and no games. He did a great job! highly recommend this business and this owner.
I am so glad I discovered Robert's automotive .I had problems with my Mercedes that were misdiagnosed by other authorized service centers. After paying a lot of money for unneccasary repairs and being told I needed even more work done that was not necassery , I went to Robert's .My car was fixed for a reasonable price & I feel he has always treated me fairly . RUDE! Called asking price of oil change. They told me that oil changes were out 20 years ago, they were now called "oil service." Very rude. Sent a letter to the owner voicing complaint.
