When rep stated would call me back with updates but never did get back to me I had to call rep back multiple times. I also didn’t go with them because of it.

5 Star : My Experience Job was done quicker than expected, I received regular communication on the progress and the work was very professional. My truck looked beautiful. I was also informed of unrelated work that should be done on my truck by a mechanic to keep it running safely. I feel Roberts Auto Body went above and beyond to repair my truck and to take care of me as a customer.
