Joshua was polite, prompt, found the problem 3 others from another co. couldn't ..fixed the problem now we have a shower that's great all the hot water I want and no more cold showers thanks, The Jennings
very bad service They told me my unit couldn"t be fixed and was empty of freon, needed a whole new unit, called a real repair man, he said it was over full of freon, needed one small part, checked and tested entire unit, said it was in perfect condition,only cost me $400.00, never told told them I couldn't afford to fix it, wanted to know what was wrong with it first,I'm filing a complaint with BBB, and telling everyone I can on facebook' DONOT call them
dj Had a compressor go out, under warranty with free replacement. 2 hours of work, 2000 dollars. They recovered my freon and compressor was free. It works, so they did a good job on that but otherwise, I feel ripped off. Questioned other business'. Shouldn't have been more than about 300.
Anything that you need they come to you These guys do it all!! Anything that you can think of they can fix. If they dont know exactly what to do they will find out right away. I really like that they have been in business for a long time and that makes me feel like I can call them anytime. The one "bad" thing that I have to say about them is sometimes they seem to charge to much for there services.
