In a word - exceptional. Pratap is the most thorough, skilled and friendly optometrist I’ve ever seen. After 25 years of wearing glasses, he was the first professional to actually investigate fully what was going on with my sight, and give appropriate advice. He was also exceptionally good with my kids, taking time to help them feel comfortable and have fun whilst thoroughly checking all aspects of their vision. The reception ladies are THE BEST. Excellent service! I have had a few issues with my contacts for my keretaconus and Pratap has been fantastic with their advise and service. All the staff are very helpful and are always happy to answer my questions. Great optometrist for contact lense users!
The Best Service From Staff and the Optometrist is so Knowledgeable Professional & Friendly no rush takes his time to inform thoroughly even recently attended emergency with metal in eye 6 hour wait and they could'nt remove i went to Robert Alexanders Caboolture the Optometrist had it out in no time Very Happy the Best Optometrist Anywhere 5 Star ! 30 years in glasses and for the first time I learn about myopia control glasses and contact lenses - where instead of getting a new script every year or 2, they help maintain your eye sight so it doesn't get worse! Why dont all optometrists do this??!! Brilliant customer service in a small family business, not pushy, great prices - couldn't recommend anyone better!
