This place sucks literally. went to order some carne asada nachos on my lunch waited more than 30 minutes!!!! They starting serving other customers that had came in after me i got my money back will not be returning to this location at all,also place looks dirty.
I love the food here. It reminds me of all the tastes I used to have in Southern California. I only wish it were a little closer to my house. Regardless, I have no problem making the trek when only a great burrito will do.
Beware!!! This Roberto's will not make your food correct. The cooks often add things like tomatoes or onions to and item when its not supposed to have it. The owner Connie with try to convince you that she doesn't speak English very well. When that doesn't get you to leave or hang up she tells you; for a refund it has to be within a 5 hour period of purchase, you must have the receipt and all the food; then you have to waist your time bringing it back to her store. The food is good. The workers could be a little more welcoming.
Waited in the drive-thru for 35 minutes! A car in front and behind i couldnt even get out of the line! I went to the window and knocked and could see there were only 2 people at the counter! No one came! The lady in front of me sat like an idiot for thirty minutes also! As soon as the employee literally threw her bag with her order to her I drove off also as i was making the food run for several people waiting at home. The Food was Terrible. All we ordered were 2 chicken quesadilla , rice and drinks. The Quesadilla's were uneatable. Soaked in grease. Ridiculous for $20.
