Since moving to the area, this has quickly become one of our reliable neighborhood spots. The customer service has been consistently excellent—always friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. For a Mexican chain in Las Vegas, the food is really good, reasonably priced, and consistently satisfying. My family and I ate at this location and I asked for a refill of horchata and the lady told me, that’s an extra fee for a refill. I said, I’ve never had that happen. For someone like myself who works in retail, something like that I would’ve gave the person it and explain to them next time it’s an additional charge. I just felt slighted about that. The girls would normally give me more if I asked, especially when there’s no sign saying additional fee for a refill.
