Don't believe the hype! Chile and tortillas are the worst in the state, Dining room unsanitary – I've been away from Cruces 25 years, so I know what I've been missing. The red chile was brown and salty, and the green chile wasn't even hot. In my chorizo burrito, I had to take out something fatty and the papas weren't cooked all the way through.
