Customer service was outstanding, he and his wife treated my fiancé and I wonderfully they recognized that I was a service member right away thanked me for my service. Very attentive to detail.

I was eager to have a watch of mine serviced. Walked up only for staff to tell me they weren't open while openly having conversation outside the shop. I was there within their scheduled open time. He wasn't even the slightest bit pleasant about it.
Had a wonderful experience with Roberto and Lourdes at Roberto’s. 27 year old wedding ring (custom designed), and due to wear and tear; the bottom of the ring fractured. Roberto’s evaluated, tested gold, re-sized, made gold match on replacement piece (14k), and asked for us to leave ring for a few days . Four hours later we got a call and it was done.
