Small store but mighty, great service, a gem of a jewelry store
I supported Pat and her jewelry store for over 10 yrs from when they were initially in Vallejo and the 2 stores in Benicia and I trusted her and the jewelry repair person...I handed Pat my 11mm rosy pink AAA+ cultured pearl and my sterling silver ring setting to add a post both were separate at the time. When called to pick up my ring I was totally shocked...they had replaced it with a dark rough texture 3 branch looking ring and a pearl that was not close to what i had given her and had blamed her jeweler repairman that whi... read more
