My first time there, but my friends have been there a number of times. The service, food, and drinks were very good. I look forward to going back.
The service and food were excellent! Highly recommended!
Took an hour and forty minutes from the time of our reservation until we were served our food. We were so hungry we scarfed it down and yet, we still felt like we were being rushed because the restaurant was closing. Complained to a manager and was told it was a busy time in Ogunquit. Yes, it was summer, but it was a Monday night. And if you can't provide adequate service, maybe you should consider increasing your staff, or decrease the number of people you serve at one time. Completely unacceptable.
Have been going to Robertos for many many years and always had been very pleased. My husband and I chose to celebrate our 25th anniversary there while in Ogunquit on 8/10. We had a horrible experience. Quality of food was awful. No taste. Dishes we always loved were totally different and had no taste. Three other customers complained during our meal about their food. Very disappointed.
I absolutely loved their eggplant parm, and the atmosphere of the resturant .
This is one of Ogunquits finest. Lots of local color, sensational menu. Don't miss it.
