Steve installed a heat pump for me and the work was good but then ghosted me when time came for the rebate paperwork after promising to take care of it as required for certified installers, basically leaving me dry for $800. I think about it every month with resentment when I pay my bills.
I have had reason to call Roberto Plumbing twice in the last two years. I was pleased the first time. Today I had a kitchen drain issue that was beyond a DIY job. They came the same day and fixed the problem in less than two hours. Very professional.

Don’t be fooled. Steve acts like he can help. This company is just out to take your money. Came out for a job and claimed to fix both problems. They were there for 5 mins and boom $350 gone. Crooks. It would be cool if they actually fixed the problem. But just like every other crooked company they just take your money and then avoid you when you are trying to get a hold of them. Call Lowe plumbing instead.
