I would have never imagined being treated so disrespectfuly in my entire life, After ordering glasses,No phone calls,no reminder, nothing but Attitude, then secretary not answering questions, just talking over me on the and I got hung up on Twice!!! What the hell is wrong with people, This is their job,and they treat it like a social media platform! 9 of us will not be returning for any service provided by this company, !!! Need to speak with my attorney on this situation!!!
Had an appt July 21st of 2025 and waited and waited for almost 1 year for my glasses... 8 months later i went in to inquire of my glasses because when i talk to somebody on the phone, nothing ever gets done.. the ofc manager claims she called me and left messages but that was totally false. I had my phone in my hand and showed her but she brushed me off. My glasses we supposed to be free because my insurance had taken care of the eye exam and I picked free frames to make it easier. Staff was friendly, outgoing, eager to help, and Dr. Molina interacted with me like an old friend I haven't seen in a long time. I got to see the receptionist deal with what was an extremely rude customer, she handled the situation professionally and appropriately. I look forward to my next visit, and would refer anyone to intuition optical.
This office is very poorly ran. Getting ahold of them is a nightmare, and after two weeks of trying to get my information sent to my new office, in another state, the lady had a horrible attitude.
It appears that this establishment is very short staffed "ALL THE TIME". I had phoned on several occasions to inquire about my completed prescription glasses, if they had been delivered to their office . I was on hold for 20 minutes and eventually hung up. On the two other calls, I was assured that I would receive a phone call back with that information. I did not receive any call backs.
