UPDATE: Went for pre-scheduled labs at Dr. Mangoo's office. I was told my VA voucher had expired (WRONG CHECKED WITH VA GOOD FOR ANOTHER 6 months). Nobody from this office could explain why they didn't actually check my voucher before they called me for labs. Went to the VA to get labs. Dr Mangoo's office obviously is not on the same level as Dr. Mangoo (the office is more interested in excuses and B.S). Dr. Mangoo is an EXCELLENT doctor!!!!! I was sent to him by the McAllen VA. Dr. Mangoo is an EXCELLENT doctor!!!!! I was sent to him by the McAllen VA. Dr. Mangoo and his staff are very kind and courteous. I like that he politely gets right to the point when it comes to talking about your condition. He is my favorite Doctor in the RGV ( lord knows I have a lot of them).
