Not long ago I received a dozen Yankee Doodle Roses delivered to my place of employment from Robert's. They were so beautiful and everyone who came into the office commented on their beauty. They opened so big and were beautiful for several days. Because of these flowers and service, I went to Roberta's for my wedding flowers. The customer service was very good and helpful. I am excited and looking forward to seeing the arrangements we have agreed upon.
I sent my wife some flowers for Valentines, from another shop in town, this year. The owner of the other shop told me he couldn't guarantee his product, my wife called Roberta's and ask if there was anything she could do to bring them back, it had only been 24 hours since she had recieved them...the owner of Roberta's came out himself with fresh flowers, to replace those that had died in the other shop's arrangement...incredible, not only did he go above and beyond he taught her how to care for any future arrangements she ma... read more

I cannot believe what this person is saying about this flower shop. They just did my wedding flowers and they were just dazzling!!! The designers were soo friendly and were happy to assist me. I called the other flower shop on main street and they wanted to charge me for just asking them a few questions. How ridiculous is this? I will never think of using that flower shop ever again. I had a very bad experience with this business. First of all, I called to order some flowers for mother’s day, but I called on Monday, one day after mother’s day, I wanted the flowers to be delivered that day. My mom wasn’t home and they left a note, my mom called and they told her they were gonna deliver them before 5 p.m. which it never happened. I called the very next morning to asked what happened and the owner started yelling at me saying that he is too busy attending a $5000 funeral and I just paid $35 for my mom’s flo... read more
