Absolute worst patient management I have ever had to deal with. Dr. Rose was great, but retiring. Go elsewhere if you can.
I would love to share details, but unfortunately its apparently impossible to see Dr. Rose. Waited 3 months for an appointment. Office called to reschedule a week before. Tentatively accepted and then tried to call back 30 minutes later to say it wouldn’t work. Unable to reach the office, on hold for 7-10 minutes for each of 4 phone calls over 2 days only to get the service.
